After Payment

When we recive and verify your payment we will start creating your account, and only then (This could take up to 36 hours.) We will send your login details via the EMail address you provided when ordering.

Payment type

We only accept Paypal; it's the safest online payment method for you and for us. Head over to paypal.com for more details.

Account Renewal

You will be sent a reminder that your account is almost due to be paid. If you fail to pay your account renewal 364 days after your account is up your account will be terminated which will cause all data on your site to be delelted.

Refunds

There aren't any refunds.

Restricted Content

  • Social Networking Sites
  • Phishing Sites
  • Fraud sites
  • Spam websites
  • Spamming Email / Mass Email
  • Gambling Websites
  • Arcade / Online Gaming Websites
  • Pirated Scripts
  • Image Hosting Sites
  • File Hosting Sites
  • File Hosting / Backup hosting
  • Proxy Sites / IRC
  • Any form of warez hosting or linking
  • Virus / Malware / Spyware
  • Adult Sites, Illegal / Child Pornography
  • Torrentflux or similar
  • Rapidshare link generator, Rapidleech or similar
  • PHPizabi and YaBB Forums or any forums using flat file as database
  • Outdated scripts or software
  • Awstats
  • Any script that causes harm to the server such as but not limited to some wordpress plugins
  • Scripts using more than 20% of server resources

    • If restricted content as mentioned above is found on your account, Forward reserves the right to remove it and terminate or suspend your account with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.

    Fair Usage and Storage

    Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and/or storing an unusual amount of files. We are a web hosting service not a remote file storage service. Any web site whose disk space usage for storing the files exceed 50% of its total usage, either in terms of total size or number of files, will be deemed to be using unusual amount of files. At that point, if we find that those files are illegal or harmful in any way, you will be suspended or terminated with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the harm.

    Account Termination and Suspension

    Violation of these terms can lead us to terminate or suspend your account without any notice. By purchasing an account from us you agree to these terms.

    Downtime

    Server downtime is natural and all servers can go down at some point. Due to our great server your site will be up most of the time however we can not guarantee your site will have no downtime.

    Resellers

    It's your responsibility to make sure all of your clients/Accounts also follow the terms stated above, failour to do so may lead in not only their's but your account being suspened.
